Certified Trainer; Corporate Governance and Leadership Consultant Sandy is a certified trainer and Assistant Professor at Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia. He received his PhD in Accounting and Corporate Governance from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia with an "Award" (Dissertation with no corrections/revisions). His PhD focuses on organisational culture, leadership, and employee empowerment in the use of information systems and the subsequent impact on organisational innovation and performance.
