Certified Trainer; Corporate Governance and Leadership Consultant Sandy is a certified trainer and Assistant Professor at Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia. He received his PhD in Accounting and Corporate Governance from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia with an "Award" (Dissertation with no corrections/revisions). His PhD focuses on organisational culture, leadership, and employee empowerment in the use of information systems and the subsequent impact on organisational innovation and performance. A member of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Communications and Technology for Society Research Group at the University of Sydney Business School, and Center for Positive Organizations; in 2020, he also received the Emerging Scholar Award from Organization Studies Research Network at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA.
