People: Skills, Competence and Engagement

PictureFourteena and Kairos' CEO, Ms Laura Chrysanti and Director, Mr David Satrio, their core team from project delivery and sales: a journey to improve their management & leadership skills
What's this program about?
It's about people and their professionalisms in producing or creating excellent work through their skills and competence.
It's about they way they produce their work that contributes to their organisation for its customers within its business environment.

Healthy business environment nourishes its people to grow and reach their potential – this will lead to good business results
Unhealthy one suppresses its people to grow and leave them demotivated – on the contrary this will lead to bad business.

People are company's most valuable asset.
People: Skills, Competence and Engagement is a program designed to nourish people's skills and competences.

People: Skills, Competence and Engagement is also a journey to create a healthy business environment by building appropriate skills and competence and great team work.

This program was first launched for PT. Kairos Utama Indonesia, Jakarta on 23-24 March 2017 for its core project delivery team (project managers, system analysts/solutions designer, and software developers) and sales team.

It's part of Kairos' core project team's main task to engage with their major customers in defining the scope of a project as well as negotiating its delivery timeframe. No doubt they are equipped with project and technical skills, however to be great, something beyond these is needed -- it's management skills.  People: Skills, Competence and Engagement will help them enhance their interpersonal, commercial, and leadership skills.

Executive Coaching program for Kairos team was completed on 27 July 2017. Read their stories www.14arcaustralia.com/blog/a-transformation-moment-all-they-need-is-just-a-little-light

Arc Australia's first group who has just completed the 5-week Skills and Self Development Program proudly posed by the Harbour Bridge of Sydney. With Fourteena as their mentor, now these five overseas students can set their hopes high and sketch their careers on the path of success here in Sydney.

“This is an excellent course especially for those who are just out of school or University and need some background of what the outside world holds for them, and also how to project their professionalism”
